432 made executive magistrate

The establishment ministry yesterday placed 432 senior assistance secretaries to the offices of divisional commissioners for their appointment as executive magistrate during the forthcoming municipal elections. The ministry took the move following a request from the Election Commission to appoint 265 executive magistrates to conduct polls scheduled for January 12, 13, 17 and 18.
