E-fund transfer starts today
Bangladesh Bank (BB) launches the electronic fund transfer network today, getting one more step forward to set up a common platform, offering people online fund transfers at their convenience.
BB Governor Dr Atiur Rahman will inaugurate the much anticipated system at BB headquarters in the city at 12 noon. The system, tagged as Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BFTN), will initially allow people make online money transactions, payment of utility bills.
