Foundation for trafficking survivors launched
To rehabilitate and reintegrate women and adolescent girl survivors of trafficking , a organisation, "Traffic Survivors Foundation,” was launched yesterday.
Centre for Women and Children Studies (CWCS) undertook the initiative at a ceremony at its office in New Eskaton Road in the city. State Minister for Women and Children Affairs Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury; ActionAid Bangladesh Country Director Farah Kabir; and CWCS President Prof Ishrat Shamim also spoke.
