'Prepare people friendly energy policy'
Some environmentalists yesterday urged the government to formulate people-oriented energy policy to become self-reliant in this sector.
They were speaking at a rally organised by Bangladesh Poribesh Andolon (Bapa) in front of the Jatiya Press Club in the city, protesting open-pit mining of coal at Barapukuria.
