Housewife commits 'suicide'
A housewife allegedly committed suicide at the city's Sabujbagh on Sunday night.
Khurshida Akhter Khushi, 27, daughter of Iqbal Hossain, took her life by hanging with the ceiling fan with a scarf at Tofazzal Goli in Sabujbagh.
Police said Khushi committed suicide at her father's house, as her husband, Arif, did not take her to his parental house giving her due honour as his wife.
