Wahidur made envoy to Kenya
The government has appointed Md Wahidur Rahman, director general of the ministry of foreign affairs, as the next high commissioner of Bangladesh to Kenya, says a press release.
Wahid, a career diplomat belonging to the 9th batch of the BCS (Foreign affairs) Cadre, joined the service in 1991.
He has served in various capacities at headquarters and in Bangladesh missions in Riyadh, Singapore, Jeddah and Bonn.
