'Ensure job for challenged students'
Speakers at a discussion yesterday said the government should provide special opportunity to the challenged students in every sector in the job market.
Special care by the government and society can turn challenged people the assets of the country, they said.
The speakers said challenged students should be provided free education and necessary study materials so that they can carry out their studies without facing hazards.
The discussion was organised by Disabled Students' Society of Chittagong University (DISSCU) on the campus yesterday.
Prof Dr Gazi Saleh Uddin Ahmed, former dean of social sciences faculty, attended the meeting as the chief guest with DISSCU president Zahirul Islam in the chair.
