CU student assaulted by classmates
A Chittgong University (CU) student was assaulted by his classmates in the university railway station area yesterday.
The victim was Ayan Barua, a second year student of soil science department.
Ayan has been stalking girl friend of Shaon of the same department for the last few days, campus sources said. Knowing this Shaon along with his friends beat up Ayan, leaving him injured.
Police said Ayan could not identify the attackers.
