Slow food festival held

A festival of "slow food", a term referring to foods differing from fast food, was held in the port city Saturday evening. The festival aimed at creating awareness about reaction of fast food and promoting habits for local and traditional food and dishes. Alliance Française de Chittagong in association with Enact club of Asian University for Women (AUW) and Bishad Bangla organised the event. Around 40 recipes and dishes were displayed in the festival participated by members of the biodiversity club of Alliance Française and students and teachers of AUW.
