CU classes resume tomorrow
Classes and examinations of Chittagong University (CU) will resume tomorrow after a closure of 11 days.
All the students were asked to keep their identity card and no student will be allowed to enter the campus without showing identity card, CU administration sources said.
Additional police will be deployed on campus and in the shuttle train to check any untoward situation, said CU Proctor Prof Dr Mohammad Akter Hossain.
Mentionable, compartment-based Bangladesh Chhatra League factions engaged in series of clashes on April 29 and 30, leaving a number of activists hurt and leading the closure.
