CU academic activities resume
Classes and examinations of Chittagong University (CU) resumed yesterday amid tight security following an 11-day closure.
The university sources said additional police forces were deployed at various points of the campus and in the shuttle trains to avert any untoward happening.
On April 29-30, some compartment-based groups of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) clashed on the campus leading to the university's closure till May 12.
