Two killed in road crashes
Two people including a boy were killed and four others injured in road accidents in Kishoreganj and Brahmanbaria yesterday and Monday.
Our Kishoreganj correspondent reports: A man was killed and four others injured after a bus hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw on Katiadi-Mothkhola highway in Katiadi Monday evening.
Deceased is Jamal Mia, 30. Jamal succumbed to his injuries at Bazitpur Jahurul Islam Medical College Hospital yesterday morning where was taken with other injured.
Our Brahmanbaria correspondent adds: A boy died on the spot after being run over by a bus at Peerbari village under Brahmanbaria municipality of the district yesterday.
Mahedi Hasan, 10, the deceased, was son of Jamal Mia of Natai village.
