Liquor worth Tk 1.25 lakh seized
Bangladesh Coast Guard (east zone) in a drive yesterday seized different items of contraband foreign liquor worth Tk 1.25 lakh from Parki Beach under Anwara Police Station in the city.
Coast Guard sources said acting on a tip-off a petrol team of raided Parki Beach around 7:00am and recovered the contraband alcohols of different foreign brands. None was arrested in this connection.
