A good number of television channels have emerged in our country. It should be admitted that apart from entertainment, TV channels also play significant role in developing social values among public. Our country with a large number of illiterate people can utilize the electronic media to educate the people about many important things.
To address different social crimes Indian Sony Television airs programs like CID, Crime Petrol and Apki Adalat. Can't our channels produce these types of programmes? Such programmes will not only make viewers aware about the crimes and laws of the country but will also warn the criminals of the punishments for conducting crimes.
