The tone of Motia Choudhury in last night's Tritio Matra (Friday night in US) advocated a strange status quo "Give election now, hand over power and we will see how to make the future right!"
She, in a churlishly combative tone, even defended the inherited lineage of leadership.
Motia Choudhury is known for her honesty. At one time she was known as "Agni Konnya" for her fiery oratory. I have high regard for her.
I commend her servile deference to her leader. But it is high time to show some spine and evaluate the past activities of the leader and make a judgment.
