Beheading of eight Bangladeshis in KSA

I appreciate the Saudi Ambassador in Bangladesh Dr. Abdullah N Al Bussairy's observations and reservations pertaining to the beheading of eight Bangladeshis accused of murder in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as per Shariah. Dr. Bussairy made KSA's position clear about the issue at a recent press conference held at his Dhaka residence. But were those Bangladeshis given enough legal support to defend themselves? We have already learned through the media that they faced communication problem as the trial was carried out in Arabic. Further, it is hard to believe that eight persons could be directly involved in killing one person. Most Bangladeshis go to KSA for employment and better income. In many cases the Saudi employers do not treat them as their Muslim brothers. Meanwhile, in Islam, dispensation of justice through fair trial has been given utmost importance. I believe justice has been done in case of the eight Bangladeshis.
