What a difference!
I could not believe what I saw the other day. It was early morning rush hour and I was on my way to work when the accident happened. I was passing by a junction called Bellaire and Kirkwod, when all of a sudden there was a huge bang and I found out that two motorists hit one another coming from different directions.
Like the Ginni of the famous Aladdin's lamp, the cops appeared from nowhere in just a few minutes, then came the paramedics followed by fire fighters. One of the motorists appeared to have sustained minor injuries; the paramedics in no time took him out of the damaged car and carried him into the ambulance to safety.
The firefighters were standing guard for action if in case fire broke out from the ill-fated cars. While the cops were doing their part, the tow trucks arrived to take away the damaged vehicles and there was no crowd, no chaos, no confusion. Everybody seemed to know what they were doing.
