Educating the poor
The Illiteracy rate in Bangladesh is a shocking 43.5%. This might be because of lack of care of the government towards population control. The increasing population is leading to shortage of every basic necessity from water to education.
Bangladesh is a poverty-stricken country where people in the rural areas think that having more children will help the family.
I think it is high time the government gave a serious thought about population control. And I support what JAAGO is doing for educating the slum kids by opening schools, which should have been done by the government.
