Indian cloths seized
Coast Guard members seized illegally imported Indian cloths worth around Tk 1.84 crore from Rupsha Bridge area in Khulna yesterday.
The officials said, acting on a tip off, they stopped a van of a currier service and seized the cloths which were supposed to be carried to some shops at Fulbaria NSKO Tower of the capital.
The seized cloths were handed over to the Khulna Customs House, they added.
