Rupashi canal in Rupganj upazila of Narayanganj district gets dangerously polluted, threatening fish and other aquatic creatures in the water body and also the nearby agricultural lands, as release of factory waste and chemicals into it goes unabated in absence of any action by the authorities concerned.
