New EC's limitations

I firmly believe that election will not be fair under political government no matter how much power is given to the Election Commission. I am certain that the government will reduce the power of the election commissioners few days before the election. I respect former Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Huda very much but I must say that on his last day at office he said something unrealistic. Some may argue that fair election is held in other countries without any caretaker government, so why not in our country? I humbly disagree with them. In Bangladesh, even judges may not be able to help the Election Commission, if a political government remains in power.
