CU to confer D. Litt on Dr Mahathir
Chittagong University will confer honourary D. Litt (Doctor of Literature) on former Malaysian Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad in a special convocation on April 3.
Malaysian High Commissioner Dato' Jamaluddin Sabeh talked about the special convocation with CU Vice Chancellor Prof Md Anwarul Azim Arif at the latter's office yesterday.
The envoy thanked the VC for taking the decision to honour Dr Mahathir.
