The mayor said people of Chittagong had a great contribution to the Liberation War. The CCC has been paying tributes to Chittagong's heroes through this kind of programme for long. Hailing the incoming “Odommo Chattagram” festival of The Daily Star the mayor said the CCC would assist it as this sort of programme would help projecting Chittagong's rich history and potential to the world.
