Man dies as train hits him
A passenger was killed while getting off a running train at Tejgaon Railway Station in the capital yesterday.
The deceased Aminul Islam, 34, worked at a vegetable shop in Karwan Bazar in the capital.
He was a resident of Dakkhin Khan in the capital.
Quoting an eye-witness, police said Aminul hit himself on the moving train while getting down.
He succumbed to his injuries on his way to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
He was going to his workplace by the train, said Aminul's father Younus Ali.
