Death anniversary
Today is the second death anniversary of Rowshan Ara Begum, a retired assistant professor of Dhaka University Laboratory High School and College. She was the wife of AFM Nurul Islam, former information chief of USIS (United States Information Service), American Embassy. On the occasion, a Qurankhwani, food distribution among the orphans at Shahzadpur (Baridhara) orphanage in the capital will be held, said a press release. Relatives, friends and well-wishers are requested to pray for the salvation of his departed soul.
