Bike rider dies in collision with truck
A man riding a motorcycle died while his friend sitting behind was critically injured after colliding head-on with a truck in Malanchi area on Benapole-Jessore road of Jessore district last night.
The deceased Hafizur Rahman, 34, is the son of Mohammad Ali of Ulashi village in the district's Sharsha upazila.
The injured Bazlur Rahman, 48, son of Abdul Latif of Navaron Belermat village of the upazila, was admitted to Jessore Sadar Hospital.
