Body found in Gazipur
The body of a youth was found near a rail line in Ratanpur area under Kaliakoir upazila of the district on yesterday evening.
Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately. The young man wearing a shirt and Jeans pants would be aged about 40 years.
Locals found the body at a ditch near rail line and informed the Mouchak police.
Md Selim Hossain, a sub-inspector of Mouchak Police Post, said they went to the spot but returned without taking the body as the spot was under the jurisdiction of Government Railway Police.
Railway police were informed when this report was written at 9:30pm yesterday.
