Man dies as train runs him over
An unidentified man was killed as a train ran him over in Chalkamhati area in Natore sadar upazila yesterday morning.
Harun-or-Rashid, assistant station master of Natore Railway Station, said the man, aged around 36 years, was crushed by the Rajshahi bound train, Titumir Express, from Chilahati while he was crossing Chalkamhati railway level crossing at about 8:00am.
A team of police from Santahar Railway Station rushed to the spot and recovered the body yesterday noon.
