Obituary
Jahanara Begum, director of Prodhan Group Limited and wife of industrialist Nasir Hossain Prodhan, passed away from health complications at Apollo Hospitals in Dhaka on Wednesday night. She was 45.
She left behind her husband, one son and one daughter to mourn her death.
Tozammel Hossain, president of Gobindaganj upazila Awami League, Abul Kalam Azad, Gobindaganj upazila chairman, Mohammed Hossain Faku, Gobindaganj upazila vice-chairman, Mahamud Hasan Ripon, former central president of Bangladesh Chhatra League, expressed shock at his death and condoled the bereaved family.
