Housewife commits 'suicide'
A housewife allegedly committed suicide in Guabari village of Rangpur district on Thursday evening.
The deceased Ruma Begum, 19, hails from Nabdiganj village in Rangpur.
Police were informed after her body was found hanging from the bedroom ceiling fan.
According to locals and police, Ruma had been married to Mosarraf Hossain for a year and after a feud with her husband she committed suicide.
The body was sent to Rangpur Medical College Hospital for an autopsy and an unnatural death case was lodged.
