French embassy offers research assistance to Cuet
The Embassy of France in Bangladesh expressed interest in assisting Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (Cuet) in education and research.
Arnad Loizeau, attaché for cultural and cooperation affairs of French Embassy, conveyed the message while paying a courtesy call on the Cuet Vice-Chancellor Dr Md Jahangir Alam at the latter's office on the campus yesterday.
Loizeau also attended a seminar on “Higher education in Canada and scholarship” organised by Cuet at its civil engineering department's seminar room, where he presented a key-note paper, says a Cuet press release.
