UPDF demands arrest of killers of its party men
Leaders of United People's Democratic Front (UPDF) yesterday demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment of the killers who murdered two of their party men in Khagrachhari Thursday night.
They made their demands at a protest rally organised by the party in Shanirbar Bazaar area of Khagrachhari.
Earlier, about a 100 leaders and activists of UPDF and its three front organisations -- Hill Women's Federation, Democratic Youth Forum, and Pahari Chhatra Parishad -- brought out a procession with the same demands.
On Thursday, unidentified assailants shot dead two activists of UPDF.
