Second Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md Shahidul Islam passed the order on the ground that the plaintiff has no right to file the case. Advocate Shamim Kabir Chowdhury of Dhaka Judge's Court filed the case with the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court on charges of making derogatory remarks about BNP leader Rafiqul Islam Miah and for attempting to murder him.
