Tributes paid to Bazlur Rahman
Journalists here yesterday at a condolence meeting held at Barisal Reporters' Unity (BRU) paid tributes to eminent journalist Bazlur Rahman who passed away on Tuesday. Terming Bazlur Rahman as lighthouse on sea at dark night, speakers stressed on preservation of his works to guide the next generation. Among others, Susanta Ghose, Kamal Masudur Rahman, Anisur Rahman Swapan, Manbendra Batobayal spoke at the function with BRU president Nasimul Alam in the chair.
