Worker falls to death
A construction worker fell down from a four-storey under-construction building in the capital's Fakirapool yesterday.
The victim, Mansur Ahmed, 32, was clinging onto a safety rope and painting the building's outer wall when the rope tore and he fell down, said his cousin Akbar Hossain and Motijheel police.
He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
