Two more die of Nipa virus in 2 days
A teenaged boy and a minor girl died of Nipah virus at Faridpur Medical College Hospital in last two days, raising the number of death from the disease at the hospital to seven.
Six-year-old Bithi, daughter of Harun Bhuiyan of Bazitpur village under Udaypur union in Rajbari disrict died on Thursday evening while Touhid, 18, son of Moksed Ali of Mongalpur village of Goaland upazila in Rajbari district on Friday morning, sources at Faridpur Civil Surgeon's Office said.
