FBI to post representative in Dhaka

United States' Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is planning to soon post a permanent representative in Dhaka who will assist Bangladeshi authorities in joint investigative endeavours. The decision to post a representative was discussed this week with some government officials, including Home Minister Muhiuddin Khan Alamgir and Inspector General of Police Hassan Mahmood Khandaker, during the visit of Michael S Welch, FBI Assistant Director for International Operations, said a press release.
