Criminals open fire on journo's house
A gang of criminals made a gun attack on the house of a television journalist at the capital's Mirpur early yesterday.
Osman Gani Babul, a reporter of RTV, said the criminals fired two gunshots at his house on the third floor of a six-storey building at Golartek around 1:30am, shattering two windows.
Babul filed a general diary (GD) with Darussalam Police Station.
Crime Reporters' Association of Bangladesh (CRAB) protested the incident and demanded punishment for the attackers.
