RU BCL man assaults fellow
A leader of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) of Rajshahi University (RU) unit beat up his fellow man with a pistol butt over a trifling matter on the campus yesterday.
The injured was Nasim Ahmed Setu, deputy library secretary of the BCL unit.
RU unit BCL Deputy Education Secretary Mizanur Rahman Rana hit on the head of Setu following an altercation over not giving a key of a motorcycle around 3:30pm.
Earlier, Setu put his pistol on Rana's head threatening him to shoot as Rana refused to give the key.
In the meantime, Rana snatched the pistol from Setu and hit on his head.
