DYF man shot in Khagrachhari
A gang of criminals opened fire on an activist of Democratic Youth Forum (DYF) at Babuchhara in Dighinala upazila of Khagrachhari yesterday evening.
The injured is Suman Chakma, 32, son of Bijoy Kumar Chakma of Nittadhan Karbaripara in the upazila.
With bullet injuries in the legs, he was admitted to Khagrachhari Adhunik Sadar Hospital.
Quoting Suman, Dighinala police Officer-in-Charge Sahadat Hossaion said the criminals shot Suman around 7:00pm in the area while he was returning home from the upazila headquarters.
