Death anniversary
Today is the fifth death anniversary of Sofia Khan, a language movement veteran and also former headmistress of Mymensingh Muslim Girls' High School.
She died of a heart attack on this day in 2008.
On the occasion, a milad and doa mahfil will be held at her younger brother's residence in Tangail town today.
