Fire burns papers at ASP's office
A fire gutted all the furniture, files and documents at the office and the residence of Assistant Superintendent of Police of Derai circle in Sunamganj district on Monday night.
With the help of locals, army personnel and police, fire fighters from Sunamganj brought the fire under control at about 1:00am.
The fire burnt important files of Derai Circle comprising five police stations, Sunamganj Superin-tendent of Police Shafiqul Islam said. However, none was hurt in the incident.
