Voter listing begins in Dighinala
Work on voter registration with photographs began in remote Dighinala upazila yesterday.
Dighinala Zonal Commander of Bangladesh Army Lt Colonel Shamsul Islam formally inaugurated the voter registration process at a function held at Babuchhara Government Primary School ground in the morning.
Election Commission (EC) has appointed 229 data collectors, 30 computer operators, 56 supervisors and five AROs.
Dighinal upazila nirbahi officer (UNO) Mohammad Moniruzzaman Mia and other officials were present.
