Muktijoddha Sangsad opens computer centre
As part of its Independence Day celebrations, Mehendiganj unit of Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad has opened a computer learning centre on the premises of its office.
At a gathering of freedom fighters with unit Commander Abdul Baten in the chair, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Khan Nurul Amin inaugurated the centre on the Independence Day.
Volunteers Association of Bangladesh based in New Jersey, USA, is sponsoring the centre named Dalia Aziz Computer Learning Centre, while it would be run by D.Net (Development Research Network) Bangladesh.
The centre would provide opportunities for the promotion of computer education, training and learning in remote southern area of the country.
