12 bombs recovered in Pabna
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) recovered 12 hand bombs from Gopalpur village in Najirganje union under Sujanagar upazila in the district yesterday afternoon.
Acting on a tip-off, a team from Rab-12 raided the village at around 4:30 pm and recovered the bombs, wrapped in a bag and hidden under the ground.
The bombs might have been stashed by outlaws, Flight Lieutenant Ahmed Faysal of Pabna Rab told this correspondent over phone.
