UP chairman sued for illegal stay in rest house
A union parishad (UP) chairman and a former municipality commissioner have been sued for keeping a government dak bungalow (rest house) illegally occupied for a few months.
Md Wares Ali, engineer of Pabna District Board filed the case with Pabna Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court on Sunday against Md Saiful Islam, chairman of Dilpashra union parishad in Bhangura upazila under the district and Md Firoj, a former commissioner of Pabna municipality.
