Outlaw held with 2 firearms in Kaliganj
On Tuesday night Kaliganj police arrested an outlawed leader and recovered a gun, a pipe gun and three bullets from his possession.
The arrestee is Amir Hossain of Mahadebpur village under Kaliganj upazila in Jhenidah.
Acting on a tip, police arrested Amir Hossain later following his confessional statement they recovered the firearms and bullets from the floor of his house, Kaliganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge Aslam Khan said, adding that Amir is a listed criminal of police.
