BSF kills one in Kurigram
Indian Border Security Force (BSF) killed a Bangladeshi cattle trader at bordering Gaytapara village under Raumari upazila in the district on Thursday morning.
Naybur Rahman, 45, of village Natun Shaulmari under Raumari upazila, died on the spot as BSF shot him near a border pillar at Gaytapara village at about 4:30am on the day, BDR and local sources said. BSF also took away the body.
BDR sent a protest letter to BSF and requested return of the body. But BSF did not return the body as of yesterday evening.
