Complainant of extortion case against mayor Tayebur held
Joint forces arrested the complainant of an extortion case filed against Khulna City Corporation mayor Tayebur Rahman from Children's Park here on Sunday afternoon.
The arrestee, Jahangir Hossain was found in a drunken state, police said, adding that there are many allegations against him.
He filed an extortion case against the KCC mayor with Khulna Sadar police station on November 5 last year.
