Govt. officials
It is sad that the government officers started arriving late at offices since independence. They are using government vehicles for transporting their wards to schools, colleges & universities and are misusing the office telephone, submitting exaggerated and false TA & DA bills etc.
In the afternoon they go to clubs and after some light sports and games, they settle on the table for gambling. This is true about a large number of them!
